Kian Kord Textile Production Company (registration number 79720) with an annual capacity of 6000 tons is the first producer of tire skeleton fabric in Iran.
The factory has been built on the 22nd kilometer of Malayer-Arak road.
The tire skeleton fabric is one of the essentials in the tire structure and its material is made of nylon 6 and nylon 66, polyester or rayon.
history
In 1371, Iran Industrial Fiber Company, with the participation of Iran rubber companies, formed and built a dip unit with a capacity of 8800 tons per year.
In 1374, this company was bought by the needy and veterans organization.
In 1379, Kian Kurdsa Company was established with 60% participation of Kurdsa Global Turkey and 40% of Iranian investors, and bought the above factory from Mustafahan Abtiafan organization and then added the warp and weft unit with a capacity of 5500 tons per year.
In 1381, the new company, along with the advanced technical knowledge of Kurdsa Global, was able to offer the best product in the world to the Iranian market.
In the beginning of 2017, partners of Iranian descent bought 60% of the shares of Kurdsa Global and became the owners of all the shares of the company. The name of the company was changed to "Kian Kord Textile Production Company".
After removing the bottlenecks, the production capacity of the company now reaches 6000 tons of weaving and 9000 tons of dyeing per year.
